1. Eligibility: This referral program is only applicable to existing Zeny users who have completed at least one successful payment on the Zeny app.

2. Definitions:

● Referrer: A Zeny user who shares their referral code with others.

● Referee: A new user who uses the Referrer's referral code to sign up on the Zeny app.

3. The Referrer becomes eligible for the referral bonus only after the Referee completes their first successful payment on the Zeny app.

4. Only the Referee's first successful payment will trigger the referral bonus for the Referrer.

5. The referral bonus will be credited directly to the Referrer's bank account registered with Zeny (Daily Sachet Technologies Private Limited).

6. The referral bonus amount and structure will be communicated by Zeny and may be modified at Zeny's discretion.

7. Referrers are responsible for ensuring their bank account details registered with Zeny are accurate and up-to-date.

8. Zeny reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both Referrer and Referee, including confirming the Referee is a new user and payment status.

9. Fraud Prevention:

● Self-referrals (using one's own code) are strictly prohibited

● Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity will result in disqualification

● Zeny may reverse bonuses in case of violation

10. Referral bonuses may be subject to applicable taxes. Referrers are responsible for tax compliance.

11. The referral bonus is provided only for app-promotion purposes and must not be construed as investment advice, investment solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product.

12. Zeny reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

13. In case of any dispute, Zeny's decision is final and binding.
