Eligibility
Zeny’s services are intended only for Indian residents aged 18 years and above who are not Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) or their immediate family members/close associates, as classified under applicable KYC/AML norms. By participating, the individual represents and warrants that they are an Indian resident, at least 18 years of age, and not a PEP (nor an immediate family member or close associate of a PEP), and agrees that access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if these conditions are not met.
Campaign Eligibility
In accordance with the above stated eligibility criteria, the participants must:
have Aadhaar with a Karnataka PIN code
Install Zeny
complete KYC, and
enable daily auto-save/daily SIP during the campaign
needs to have made at least one successful payment on auto save
Earn 1 coupon for every 5 successful payments; up to 5 coupons during the campaign
Sponsor and period
Sponsored by an automobile dealer and enabled by Zeny, the initiative runs from 05 September to 01 October, with a concluding recognition on 02 October.

Behaviour-recognition initiative to encourage consistent daily saving via auto-save/SIP; it is not investment advice and does not promote or reward mutual fund selection, ticket size, or returns; no assured/indicative returns are offered
Context
Zeny currently enables savings into a single liquid fund of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund; recognitions are for saving regularity and are not linked to fund selection, ticket size, or performance.
Entries
Participants earn 1 entry for every 5 successful payments, up to a maximum of 5 entries per participant during the campaign period.
Auto-save must be active at the time an entry is generated. Failed, skipped, or reversed transactions do not count.
Identification process
From eligible coupons, participants may be identified for recognitions on the scheduled dates using a standardized, documented process designed to be impartial; a similar process will be used for the concluding recognition from eligible coupons accumulated during the campaign period. Audit logs may be maintained. Determinations are final.
Communication and verification
Identified participants will be contacted via in-app/SMS/call within a reasonable period and must complete verification as required. If unreachable or unverifiable within stipulated timelines, an alternate participant may be identified.
Recognitions and substitutions
The concluding recognition will comprise one auto rickshaw delivered via a tangible item or an equivalent lawful method. The sponsor may substitute any recognition or benefit with one of equal or higher value where necessary.
Taxes and costs
Recognition benefits may be subject to taxes, duties (including TDS), registration, insurance, permits, and incidental costs, which are borne by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise.
Participation and discretion
Participation in this initiative is entirely voluntary and at the participant’s sole discretion and risk, and does not create any obligation on Zeny or the Sponsor to offer, continue, or renew any recognition or benefit.
By participating, each participant acknowledges that services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may be subject to interruptions, delays, or errors without liability to Zeny or the Sponsor.
Fairness and transparency
Zeny and the Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to administer the initiative in a fair, transparent, and impartial manner consistent with these terms, including maintaining appropriate audit trails for identification and verification processes.
In the event of any discrepancy between public-facing materials and these terms, these terms shall prevail. Clarifications and corrections may be issued without prior notice as needed.
Determinations
All determinations regarding eligibility, entries, identification for recognition, substitutions, and disqualification shall be made in good faith and at the sole discretion of Zeny and/or the Sponsor and shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
Zeny and/or the Sponsor may, but are not obligated to, engage an independent reviewer for oversight; absence of such engagement shall not be deemed a lack of fairness.
Operational changes and closure
The sponsor/Zeny may modify, pause, or close the initiative with notice where feasible, including for regulatory or operational reasons, without liability.
Dispute resolution and arbitration
Amicable resolution: The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these terms or participation in the initiative through good‑faith discussions within 15 days of written notice.
Binding arbitration: If not resolved amicably, the dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
Tribunal: The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator jointly appointed by the parties; failing agreement within 15 days of a notice to arbitrate, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
Procedure and confidentiality: The arbitrator may adopt summary, document‑driven procedures to the extent practicable. The proceedings, filings, evidence, and award shall be confidential, except as required by law or for enforcement.
Interim relief: Nothing prevents either party from seeking interim or conservatory relief from a competent court or the arbitral tribunal, including for preservation of evidence or assets.
Costs: The arbitrator may award costs (including reasonable legal fees) in their discretion; unless otherwise awarded, each party bears its own legal costs and shares tribunal/administration costs equally.
Final and binding: The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties and enforceable in accordance with applicable law.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeny and the Sponsor disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, uninterrupted availability, error‑free operation, or accuracy of information. Participation is at the participant’s sole risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeny, the Sponsor, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from or related to participation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the foregoing, Zeny and the Sponsor shall not be responsible for technical failures, network or gateway errors, outages, cyber incidents, force majeure events, or third‑party service disruptions; in such cases, obligations may be suspended to the extent affected.
Where limitations cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Indemnity
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeny, the Sponsor, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of participation, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable law.
Force majeure
Obligations under these terms may be suspended, varied, or cancelled, without liability, for events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, epidemics/pandemics, governmental actions, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, utility outages, cyber incidents, or widespread platform interruptions; reasonable efforts will be made to resume operations promptly.
No waiver; severability; assignment
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Zeny and/or the Sponsor may assign their rights and obligations (in whole or part) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or corporate reorganization.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

All data is processed per Zeny’s privacy policy, available in Zeny app and on Zeny’s website at https://www.zeny.co.in/
